2. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree that all billing, shipping, and contact information provided is accurate and complete.

Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory limitations, payment failure, or violation of these terms.

3. Made-to-Order Products

Most Popular Intrxvert products are produced after an order is placed. Because items are made specifically for each order, production begins soon after purchase.

Please review your size, color, shipping address, and order details carefully before completing checkout.

4. Product Images, Colors, and Fit

We work to display product colors, graphics, sizing, and details as accurately as possible. However, screen settings, lighting, garment dye processes, fabric variation, and production methods may create slight differences between product photos and the final item.

Size charts are provided as guidance. Fit may vary by garment style, fabric weight, wash, and cut.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines include two stages:

Production time — the time required to prepare and fulfill your order.
Transit time — the time required for the carrier to deliver your package after shipment.

Shipping times vary by destination, shipping method, carrier, product type, and seasonal volume. Tracking information will be provided when available.

A package is considered delivered when the carrier tracking status shows "Delivered."

6. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Popular Intrxvert is not responsible for delays, lost packages, failed delivery, return fees, storage fees, customs issues, or reshipment costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered
• Wrong color ordered
• Buyer's remorse
• Change of mind
• Incorrect shipping information
• Minor color or placement variation
• Packages marked delivered by the carrier

We will review replacement or refund requests for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact support as soon as possible.

After review, Popular Intrxvert may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on the issue. We reserve the right to deny claims that lack sufficient proof, are submitted outside the claim window, or result from customer error.

9. Intellectual Property

All Popular Intrxvert names, logos, graphics, product designs, photography, copy, layouts, and brand assets are owned by Popular Intrxvert unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, alter, distribute, or use our brand assets for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this website for fraudulent activity, payment abuse, unauthorized scraping, infringement, harassment, malware distribution, or any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to block access, cancel orders, or report suspicious activity when necessary.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Popular Intrxvert is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of this website, products, shipping carriers, third-party payment processors, or delivery services.
