Popular Intrxvert products are made to order. This means your item is produced after checkout, then shipped once fulfillment is complete.

1. Order Processing

After your order is placed, it enters processing and production. Production time may vary based on product type, order volume, quality checks, holidays, and seasonal demand.

Most orders move through fulfillment quickly, but production and shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping time depends on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and local delivery conditions.

Your total delivery window includes:

Production time + carrier transit time

Shipping estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and may change due to carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships.

A package is considered delivered when the carrier tracking status shows Delivered.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates may vary based on:

  • Package weight
  • Shipping method
  • Carrier availability
  • Remote delivery areas

Final shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

5. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

Popular Intrxvert is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable because of incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package can be reshipped, additional shipping, handling, storage, or carrier fees may apply.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stalled Packages

Carrier delays can happen. If your tracking has not updated for an unusual amount of time, contact us at:

We will review the issue and help determine the best next step.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

8. International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs checks, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or local delivery requirements.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Popular Intrxvert is not responsible for customs delays, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to provide required customs information.
